Retention Manager UNIR (PROEDUCA)

At UNIR (PROEDUCA Group) we are looking for people with talent and attitude to work on a retention plan within the Commercial Cancellations team.

What will you do as a Manager?

🔍 Conduct follow-up on students with open cancellation requests.

📞 Contact students to carry out retention procedures.

📊 Modify the enrollment according to what was discussed with the student.

🧩 Manage the email and WhatsApp for commercial cancellation procedures.

🤝 Respond and provide solutions to students' needs.

What are we looking for in you?

✔️ Communication skills at all levels within the Organization.

✔️ Empathy and developed active listening attitudes.

✔️ Experience in student guidance.

✔️ Proficiency in Technology and the Microsoft Office Suite.

✅ Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM and Friday from 1:30 PM to 8:30 PM

🔍 Realizar el seguimiento de alumnos con solicitud de baja abierta.

📞 Contactar con los alumnos para realizar las gestiones de retención.

📊 Modificar la matrícula de acuerdo a lo conversado con el estudiante.

🧩 Atender al correo y al Whatsapp de gestión de bajas comerciales.

🤝 Responder y dar solución a las necesidades de los alumnos.
