• PhD in Law.

• Accredited specialization in Corporate Law in Colombia, accreditable through teaching/research career and/or professional practice in the field.

• University teaching experience in related subjects and the ability to coordinate teaching highly oriented towards real cases.

• Experience in university academic management and knowledge of quality, verification, monitoring, and university degree processes at ANECA.

• Ability to organize, plan, and coordinate teaching teams.

• Ability to work and organize with transversal departments.

• Strong orientation towards quality and continuous improvement in academic management.

• International professional network and participation in forums/activities with institutions in the sector.

• Residence in Spain.

We want to incorporate into the Faculty of Law an Academic Coordinator for the Master's Degree in Colombian Corporate Law.

In accordance with the Academic Directorate, and with the support of different transversal departments of the University, the Academic Coordinator will contribute to the proper functioning and continuous improvement of the Faculty regarding academic management and coordination of processes affecting students and professors:

• Promote the growth of the degree with the transversal departments.

• Enhance the institutional development of the degree through the signing of alliances, agreements, representation at congresses, and other dissemination activities in the field of security and terrorism.

• Implement common criteria regarding academic organization and teaching planning.

• Compliance with the growth objectives of the degree.

• Support in the selection process, talent search, and recruitment of candidates.

• Coordinate the internal organization of the degree according to the guidelines of the Faculty.

• Coordinate the update processes of the Faculty's information system.

• Coordinate student service processes.

• Maintain periodic communication with students, inform them, and incorporate their proposals.

• Ensure the adaptation of teaching and services to the needs of the security field, terrorism prevention, and radicalization.

• Hold periodic faculty meetings with the teaching staff of the degree.

• Address student incidents and those of the teaching staff.

• Promote networking among students.

• Participate in the design of annual improvement plans for the degree and drive their implementation.

• Receive and channel improvement proposals.

• Coordinate student satisfaction analysis.

• Ensure continuous improvement and quality of the degree, following the academic excellence requirements of the University and the processes related to ANECA.
