Field Support Technician – Travel Required

Location: Xirivella (Valencia) – with travel throughout the national territory
Start date: Week of August 18 or 25

• Carry out start-ups of electric vehicle chargers in the field.
• Handle breakdowns and repairs directly at customer facilities.
• Provide remote technical support, resolving tickets, calls, and inquiries.
• Be the link between our products and the end customer experience: technical, but also empathetic and solution-oriented.

• Immediate start (week of August 18 or 25).
• Flexible schedule, adapted to customer needs (irregular working hours).
• Stable project in full growth, within a company leading the transition to sustainable mobility.
• Good working environment, strong technical team, and plenty of autonomy.
• Offices in Xirivella (Valencia) as the base of operations.

• Training in electronics, electricity, or similar.

• Realizar puestas en marcha de cargadores de vehículo eléctrico en campo.
• Atender averías y reparaciones directamente en las instalaciones de clientes.
• Brindar soporte técnico remoto, resolviendo tickets, llamadas y consultas.
• Ser el nexo entre nuestros productos y la experiencia del cliente final: técnico/a, pero también empático/a y orientado/a a soluciones.

• Incorporación inmediata (semana del 18 o 25 de agosto).
• Horario flexible, adaptado a las necesidades del cliente (jornada irregular).
• Proyecto estable en pleno crecimiento, dentro de una empresa que lidera el cambio hacia la movilidad sostenible.
• Buen ambiente de trabajo, equipo técnico fuerte y mucha autonomía.
• Oficinas en Xirivella (Valencia) como base de operaciones.
