We are looking to add a #SalesTalent to our Vitoria team who shares this mission. In our company, we go beyond selling to create safer work environments. Therefore, we are looking for someone who offers comprehensive value, going beyond a service catalog: someone who knows how to listen actively, designs tailored solutions, and builds strategic partnerships.

What will your day-to-day look like?

- Design solutions: You will meet with SMEs and large companies, understand their real problems, and present them with solutions that genuinely improve their day-to-day operations.
- Build bridges: You will manage relationships with consultancies and other partners, creating an ecosystem of trust and mutual benefit.
- Be the face of Vítaly: You will manage your client portfolio, ensuring they receive the value they expect and anticipating their needs.
- Make your mark (digitally): You will use our CRM and digital tools not only to report but to better understand your clients and be more efficient.

- Construir puentes: Gestionarás la relación con asesorías y otros colaboradores, creando un ecosistema de confianza y beneficio mutuo.
- Ser el rostro de Vítaly: Cuidarás de tu cartera de clientes, asegurándote de que reciben el valor que esperan y anticipándote a sus necesidades.
- Dejar huella (digital): Utilizarás nuestro CRM y herramientas digitales no sólo para reportar, sino para entender mejor a tus clientes y ser más eficiente.
