Mission

Develop, maintain and publish monthly crew rosters for pilots across assigned Vueling bases, ensuring compliance with company planning standards, operational requirements and aviation regulations. The role is responsible for maximizing crew productivity and efficiency, supporting crew satisfaction and quality of life, and ensuring the availability of qualified crew resources to operate the flight schedule.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Collect and maintain crew planning information from relevant stakeholders.

  • Build, update and optimize crew schedules according to operational needs.

  • Ensure compliance with crew planning regulations, qualifications and training requirements.

  • Analyze, validate and publish monthly rosters within established deadlines.

  • Manage schedule changes and operational contingencies.

  • Collaborate with Operations, Training and other key stakeholders to support crew planning activities.

Academic background

  • University Degree (i.e. aeronautical management)

Experience

  • 2-4 years of experience in airline, airport or aviation operations environments.

  • Previous experience in crew planning, scheduling or rostering is desirable.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.

  • Stakeholder management and teamwork.

  • Knowledge of crew planning and aviation operations.

  • Experience using AIMS and rostering tools.

  • Spanish (C1) and English (B2).
