At HEINEKEN Spain we are looking for talent for our Corporate Relations area, in the Sustainability department, an intern for our Seville office.

What you'll do

What will you learn and what will you collaborate on during the internship?

You will provide support to the ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY department 🍃 You will receive comprehensive training on how a department of this nature works at a multinational like Heineken Spain.

You will participate in activities such as:

  • Support in the management and coordination of sustainability projects.
  • Monthly monitoring of internal and Global KPIs through Heineken systems. You will interact with the areas involved in Sustainability reporting, gaining a cross-functional view of the company.
  • Involvement in the preparation of the NFS (Non-Financial Statement).
  • General support to the Communications area regarding environmental communications. 
  • Staying up to date on sustainability developments at other companies, as well as Heineken's Global Sustainability strategy, as a source of inspiration for proposing new projects and actions.
  • Support in the management and coordination of the calculation of the Carbon Footprint, Water Footprint and other environmental verifications/certifications.
  • In coordination with the department manager, support in budget monitoring.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Sciences, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related degrees linked to sustainability and the environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Advanced English: C1.
  • Proactivity and initiative, organizational skills.
  • Adaptability and change management, interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Environmental Sustainability is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the Non-Financial Information Statement report is a plus.

University degree (or higher)

English, Spanish (at least one required)
