HEINEKEN HEY Program: your 12 months to take off 🚀

Do you want to start your career at a major consumer goods multinational, learn a lot and have fun while doing it? HEY (Heineken Early Years Program) is a 12-month training program for young people who have already taken their first professional steps and want to grow within a major company.

At HEINEKEN Spain we are looking for talent for our Corporate Relations area, in the Sustainability department, an intern for our Seville office.

What will you learn and what will you collaborate on during the internship?

You will provide support to the ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY department 🍃 You will receive comprehensive training on how a department of this nature works at a multinational like Heineken Spain.

You will participate in activities such as:

• Support in the management and coordination of sustainability projects.
• Monthly monitoring of internal and Global KPIs through Heineken systems. You will interact with the areas involved in Sustainability reporting, gaining a cross-functional view of the company.
• Involvement in the preparation of the NFS (Non-Financial Statement).
• General support to the Communications area regarding environmental communications. 
• Staying up to date on sustainability developments at other companies, as well as Heineken's Global Sustainability strategy, as a source of inspiration for proposing new projects and actions.
• Support in the management and coordination of the calculation of the Carbon Footprint, Water Footprint and other environmental verifications/certifications.
• In coordination with the department manager, support in budget monitoring.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Sciences, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related degrees linked to sustainability and the environment.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Advanced English: C1.
• Proactivity and initiative, organizational skills.
• Adaptability and change management, interpersonal skills.

• Experience in Environmental Sustainability is a plus.
• Knowledge of the Non-Financial Information Statement report is a plus.

University degree (or higher)

English, Spanish (at least one required)

• You will continue your training with The Power MBA, with an online master's degree of your choice from our catalog, so you can develop your profile beyond the day-to-day.
• You will receive a study grant of €800/month.
• 25 days of rest to unwind.
• You will enjoy flexible office hours, with 64 hours of remote work per month (3 days in the office and 2 days remote), 100% optional remote work in July and August, and reduced summer hours in August.
• You will join a great atmosphere: close-knit teams, young people, plans, eagerness to learn and enjoy working.

En HEINEKEN España estamos buscando talento para nuestra área de Relaciones Corporativas, en el área de Sostenibilidad, un becario para nuestras oficinas de Sevilla

¿Qué aprenderás y en qué colaborarás durante la beca?

Darás soporte al área de SOSTENIBILIDAD MEDIOAMBIENTAL 🍃 Tendrás una formación integral sobre cómo funciona un área de estas características, en una multinacional como Heineken España.

Participarás en actividades como:

• Apoyo en la gestión y coordinación de proyectos de sostenibilidad.
• Seguimiento mensual de KPIs internos y Globales, a través de los sistemas Heineken. Tendrás relación con las áreas implicadas en el reporting en Sostenibilidad, consiguiendo una visión trasversal en la compañía.
• Implicación en la elaboración del EINF (Estado de información no Financiera).
• Soporte general al área de Comunicación en materia de comunicaciones medio ambientales. 
• Estar al día de las novedades en sostenibilidad en otras compañías, así como de la estrategia Global en Sostenibilidad de Heineken, como fuente de inspiración para proponer nuevos proyectos y acciones.
• Apoyo en la gestión y coordinación del cálculo de la Huella de Carbono, Huella Hídrica y otras verificaciones/certificaciones medioambientales.
• En coordinación con el responsable del área, apoyo en el seguimiento presupuestario.

¿Qué buscamos?

• Grado en Ciencias Ambientales, Ingeniería Ambiental, Ingeniería Química, Ingeniería Industrial o titulaciones afines vinculadas a sostenibilidad y medio ambiente.”
• Manejo de excel
• Inglés nivel alto: C1.
• Proactividad e iniciativa, capacidad de organización.
• Adaptabilidad y gestión del cambio, habilidades interpersonales

• Valorable experiencia en Sostenibilidad Medioambiental
• Valorable conocimiento del informe de Estado de información no Financiera.

Título universitario de grado (o superior)

Inglés, Español (al menos uno requerido)

• Te seguirás formando con The Power MBA, con un máster online a tu elección dentro de nuestro catálogo, para que desarrolles tu perfil más allá del día a día.
• Recibirás una ayuda al estudio de 800 €/mes.
• 25 días de descanso para desconectar.
• Disfrutarás de un horario de oficina flexible, con 64 horas de teletrabajo al mes (3 días presenciales y 2 días en remoto), teletrabajo opcional al 100% en julio y agosto, y jornada intensiva en agosto.
