Mission

Analyze and mitigate crew fatigue within airline operations using data analysis and biomathematical models, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and contributing to the highest safety standards

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Analyze crew schedules using biomathematical models to assess fatigue risk.

  • Review and interpret fatigue reports, identifying root causes and trends.

  • Collaborate with Crew Planning to optimize schedules and improve rest periods.

  • Generate monthly reports and present insights to senior management.

  • Monitor fatigue trends and propose mitigation strategies.

  • Ensure compliance with aviation safety regulations and support audits.

  • Deliver training sessions on fatigue management and support biometric data projects related to fatigue

Academic background

  • Degree in Engineering, preferably in Aeronautical, Industrial, or related fields.

  • Additional training in Safety Management Systems or Human Factors is highly valued.

Experience

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in aviation, safety, or data-driven operational roles, with exposure to data analysis, risk management, and operational environments

  • Knowledge in Power BI, Tableau and Python is highly valued.

Skills

  • Fluent English and Spanish required
    Strong analytical and data interpretation capabilities.

  • Knowledge of fatigue risk management principles and aviation operations.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and handling large datasets.

  • Structured and detail-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
