Technical Assistance, Training, and Network Development Technician for Commercial Vehicles.

About the team:

You will be part of a technical team focused on commercial vehicles, providing training, technical support, and warranty management for all ZF products, as well as managing and developing the ZF Pro Service workshop network in Iberia.

Your functions as a Commercial Vehicle Technician within the team would be:

• Responsible for providing technical support, management, and development of the official ZF workshop and service network in a specific area of Iberia to be defined.
• Coordinate campaigns and technical evaluation of warranty claims.
• Deliver training on ZF / Wabco products.
• Handle technical calls received at the call center.
• Technical support for large fleets, OEMs, and CV manufacturers.

Candidate requirements:

• Technical Education (Higher Degree in Automotive / Engineering)
• English - Advanced, intermediate Portuguese is a plus
• 1-2 years of experience in similar positions, primarily in commercial vehicles
• Availability to travel (Spain / Portugal) and occasionally to Germany for training.

Sobre el equipo:

Formará parte de un equipo técnico centrado en el vehículo industrial, que proporciona formación, soporte técnico y gestión de garantías de todos los productos ZF, además de gestionar y desarrollar la red de talleres ZF Pro Service en Iberia.

Cuales serían tus funciones como Técnico para Vehículos Industriales dentro del equipo:

• Responsable de facilitar soporte técnico, gestión y desarrollo de la red de talleres y servicios oficiales ZF de un área de Iberia por definir.
• Coordinar campañas y evaluación técnica de las reclamaciones en garantía.
• Impartir formaciones de los productos ZF / Wabco.
• Atender las llamadas técnicas recibidas en el call center.
• Soporte Tecnico a grandes flotas, OEM y fabricantes VI.

Requisitos que debe cumplir el candidato:

• Formación Técnica (Grado Superior Automoción / Ingeniería)
• Inglés - Avanzado, valorable portugués Intermedio
• 1-2 años de experiencia en puestos similares principalmente en vehículos industriales
• Disponibilidad para viajar (España / Portugal) y eventualmente a Alemania para recibir formaciones.
