Job Description

Join our Investment team and start your professional development in a collaborative, diverse, and business-oriented environment. During your internship, you will have the opportunity to participate in the control and monitoring of investment management and provide support in serving institutional clients. Likewise, you will acquire skills in the analysis and determination of key parameters in the investment management of pension funds and long-term savings products, such as Unit Linked. Additionally, you will deepen your knowledge of the regulations applicable to investment management, both in Pension Plans and EPSV.

What will you do during your internship?

  • Preparation of investment reports and portfolio analysis, including reporting for savings and pension product clients.
  • Monitoring and control of investment portfolios, as well as profitability analysis and attribution of results.
  • Performing financial and ad hoc analyses, including calculations such as APR, Alpha, Beta, Sharpe Ratio, and Volatility.
  • Support in defining prices for long-term savings products for the Banco de Sabadell network.
  • Preparation and automation of documentation for Investment Committees, in coordination with the IT department.
  • Preparation of Unit Linked and Pension Fund reports, as well as support in preparing meetings with institutional clients.
  • Participation in key area projects, including the annual ISR (PRI) report, commission control, and process improvement and automation.

What profile are we looking for?

  • Student of a Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Physics, Actuarial Science, Business Administration (ADE), or Engineering with knowledge of financial markets; or a master's degree in financial markets or investment-related areas.
