In this role as IT&Data - Product Analyst HCP CRM, you’ll support the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of Global CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and SFA (Sales Force Automation) solutions in the Healthcare/Medical area, ensuring strong data quality, user adoption, and alignment with business needs.
