Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a Human Resources Manager for one of our clients in the banking sector.
You will be responsible for leading the personnel administration service for a portfolio of clients, ensuring the correct management of the service mainly payroll, Social Security and IRPF, as well as the quality of the service, compliance with SLAs and established KPIs and the coordination of the assigned team.

Management, supervision and validation of the complete ordinary and extraordinary payroll cycle.

Calculation and review of personal income tax and associated state and regional tax forms
Resolution of complex workplace incidents
Interpretation and application of collective agreements and their corresponding arrears.
Direct communication with clients (follow-up, queries, incidents...)
Organization, prioritization and supervision of team work.
Ensure compliance with deadlines and quality of service.
Proposals for process and tool improvements

Work format: Hybrid. 3 days remote + 2 days in person at Accenture's La Rotonda offices (Barcelona)
Schedule: Mon-Fri from 09:00 to 18:00 or from 08:00 to 17:00, Thu from 09:00 to 19:00 or from 08:00 to 18:00 (Bi-weekly shifts), Fri from 08:00 to 15:00. Intensive schedule from July 15 to September 15 from 08:00 to 15:00.
Requirements:
Degree in Labor Relations, Law, Business Administration or similar
Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in personnel administration
Experience in outsourcing or labor management environments
Mastery of the complete payroll process (multi-agreement)
Solid regulatory knowledge of:
Spanish labor legislation
Social security
Personal income tax applied to payroll
Experience using payroll tools (A3, SSFF/SAP, Meta4, Sage, or similar). Knowledge of A3/Nom and Innuva is a plus.
Advanced Excel skills

¿A quién buscamos?
Buscamos un Responsable de Administración de Personal para uno de nuestros clientes del sector banca.
Se encargará de liderar el servicio de administración de personal para una cartera de clientes, garantizando la correcta gestión del servicio principalmente de nóminas, Seguridad Social e IRPF, así como la calidad del servicio, cumplimiento de SLA's y KPI's establecidos y la coordinación del equipo asignado.
Funciones principales:
Gestión, supervisión y validación de las actividades propias de un servicio de Administración de Personal (contratos de trabajo, gestión de incapacidades, accidentes de trabajo...).
Gestión, supervisión y validación del ciclo completo de nómina ordinario y extraordinario.
Gestión de Seguridad Social (altas, bajas, SILTRA, CRA, liquidaciones ordinarias y complementarias, incidencias...)
Cálculo y revisión de IRPF y modelos asociados estatales y forales
Resolución de incidencias complejas laborales
Interpretación y aplicación de convenios colectivos y sus correspondientes atrasos.
Interlocución directa con clientes (seguimiento, dudas, incidencias...)
Organización, priorización y supervisión del trabajo del equipo.
Asegurar cumplimiento de plazos y calidad del servicio.
Propuestas de mejora en procesos y herramientas
Soporte en auditorías laborales o inspecciones
Formato de trabajo: Híbrido. 3 días en remoto + 2 días presencial en las oficinas de Accenture La Rotonda (Barcelona)
Horario: L-M-X de 09:00 a 18:00 o de 08:00 a 17:00, J de 09:00 a 19:00 o de 08:00 a 18:00 (Turnos Bisemanales), V de 08:00 a 15:00. Jornada intensiva del 15 de julio al 15 de septiembre de 08:00 a 15:00 h.
