Mission:


Execute the parts of the project assigned within their unit/department, according to established procedures, in order to facilitate compliance with established deadlines and coordinate the necessary resources (human and material), driving the contribution of significant improvements to the project.

- Support in the preparation of the facilities services category plan of all types: HVAC, electricity, maintenance, and works...

- Ensure compliance with the Corporate Purchasing Standard, and with the registration, approval, and evaluation of suppliers, as well as purchasing procedures and systems.

- Participate in the tendering phase of projects or spot purchases of business units.

- Support the Bids and Commercial Department in the search for suppliers.

- Participate with cross-functional teams to meet the needs of maintenance and works purchase projects.

- Measure, analyze, and act on purchasing process KPIs: suppliers, purchase requisitions, tenders, contracts/orders/framework agreements/SAP Ariba from order to invoicing/subcontractor risk.

- Analyze whether current agreements help project development or whether it is necessary to include new conditions or even sign new agreements.

- Contribute, where applicable, to the achievement of the Division's global objectives, ensure within their management scope the achievement of the Purchasing department's objectives, as well as the individual objectives assigned to them.

- Define suppliers and candidates for project agreements, as well as analyze supplier responses, execute qualification models, and prepare evaluation documentation for decision-making.

- Internal client management: develop close relationships with business units to anticipate purchasing needs and improvements in purchasing processes or service levels, as well as provide assistance (if necessary) in planning, reporting, and development of objectives, budget, savings, and improvements.

Candidate requirements

- Degree in Engineering.

- Previous experience of at least 3 years in purchasing departments, in facilities/maintenance/works or in bids departments, within these purchasing families.
- Office software: very advanced Excel.
- English: spoken and written.
