As part of the Compensation and Benefits team, you will collaborate on projects, processes, and functions with a global impact across all ACCIONA businesses and countries, detailed below:

What you'll do

  • Participation in global market studies.
  • Conduct salary competitiveness studies and compensation analyses, including proposals for defining and updating salary bands.
  • Support in the salary review process as well as in personnel expense budgets for said process.
  • Support and liaison with countries in the operation of global employee stock delivery plans.
  • Promote and coordinate the integration of technological solutions in compensation and benefits processes to drive automation and optimization of HCM (Workday) in close collaboration with technology teams, to ensure operational accuracy and system efficiency.
  • Support in the definition, review, and implementation of corporate policies regarding employee compensation and benefits.
  • Training and support for Human Resources, Compensation, and Benefits teams of the businesses, HRBPs of all Group businesses for the execution and monitoring of the company's compensation and benefits processes.
  • Support in reviewing variable compensation systems to ensure alignment with business objectives and verify their implementation globally.
  • Collaboration in the design and deployment of social benefits and flexible compensation policies for employees, through the preparation of materials, training, and communication.
  • Analysis of gender pay equity, providing support for decision-making.
