Job Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- 3D and 2D design of tooling for elementary parts: molding + curing + part holding for the drilling and countersinking process
- Definition of tooling verification instructions- Coordination with product design areas and/or Manufacturing Engineering for the definition of tooling
- Preparation of tooling specifications
- Supervision of designs carried out by third parties
- Support to tooling manufacturers during their manufacturing and commissioning
- Visits to manufacturers to assist in manufacturing and/or during the reception of the finished tooling

PROFILE

• EDUCATION: Engineering
• LANGUAGES: Advanced English
• COMPUTER SKILLS: CATIA
• PRIOR EXPERIENCE: 3 years in any of the following sectors: Aerospace

Resumen del puesto

FUNCIONES:

- Diseño 3D y 2D de utillaje de elementales: moldeo + curado + sujeción de piezas para proceso de recanteo y taladrado
- Definición de instrucciones de verificación de utillaje- Concurrencia con las áreas de diseño de producto y/o Ingeniería de Fabricación para la definición de los utillaje
- Realización de especificaciones de utillaje
- Supervisión de diseño realizados por terceros
- Soporte a los fabricantes de utillaje durante su fabricación y puesta a punto
- Visitas a los fabricantes para ayudar en la fabricación y/o durante la recepción del útil fabricado

PERFIL

• FORMACIÓN: Ingeniería
• IDIOMAS: Inglés Avanzado
• CONOCIMIENTOS INFORMÁTICOS: CATIA
• EXPERIENCIA PREVIA: 3 años en alguno de los siguientes sectores: Aeronáutico
