Job summary

FUNCTIONS:

-Carry out tasks in the production process in a clean room:
-Supply materials and monitor expiry times.
-Print the manufacturing order and manufacturing drawing using software (SAP).
-Manufacture composite material parts according to the drawing or work book.
-Lay up carbon fiber tape or fabric and position fiberglass and/or core material.
-Compact the fabrics according to the work order.
-Create the curing vacuum bag and check the vacuum.
-Propose improvements to the production process.

• TRAINING: Mechanical manufacturing; Other  
• LANGUAGES: Basic English 
• COMPUTER SKILLS: Job-specific tools; Office Suite; SAP  
• PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE: 2-3 years in any of the following sectors: Aerospace  

• Teamwork
• Initiative/Improvement orientation
• Reading blueprints
• Interpreting manufacturing orders
• Knowledge of manufacturing and placement of Robing
• Knowledge of the Manufacturing Order
• Knowledge of materials (shelf life, manufacturing process, characteristics of the different types of material)
• Interpreting cutting data in manufacturing orders according to their type (biscuits, bars in multiples, and plates)
• Creating the vacuum bag and leaving it for the time indicated in the manufacturing order

FUNCIONES:

-Asumir tareas del proceso productivo en sala limpia:
-Aprovisionamiento de materiales y control de tiempo de caducidad.
-Impresión de la orden de fabricación y del plano de fabricación a través de software (SAP).
-Fabricación de pieza de materiales compuesto según el plano o libro de trabajo.
-Apilado de cinta o tejido de fibra de carbono y posicionamiento de fibra de vidrio y/o núcleo
-Compactación de las telas según orden de trabajo.
-Realizar bolsa de curado y control de vacío.
- Realizar propuestas de mejora del proceso productivo

• FORMACIÓN: Fabricación mecánica; Otros  
• IDIOMAS: Inglés Básico 
• CONOCIMIENTOS INFORMÁTICOS: Herramientas específicas del puesto; Paquete Office; SAP  
• EXPERIENCIA PREVIA: 2-3 años en alguno de los siguientes sectores: Aeronáutico  

• Trabajo en equipo
• Iniciativa/Orientación a la mejora
• Interpretación de planos
• Interpretación orden de fabricacion
• Conocimiento de fabricación y colocación de Robing
• Conocimiento de la Orden de Fabricación
• Conocimientos de material (tiempo de vida, proceso de fabricacion, caracteristicas de los distintos tipos de material)
• Interpretar datos de corte en las ordenes de fabricacion según su tipologia (Galletas, barras en multiplos y placas)
• Realizar bolsa de vacio y dejar el tiempo según lo que indique la orden de fabricación
