What we're looking for

EDUCATION: Mechanical manufacturing; Others
LANGUAGES: Basic English
IT SKILLS: Job-specific tools; Office Suite; SAP
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE: 2-3 years in one of the following sectors: Aerospace

Interpretation of manufacturing orders
Knowledge of Robing manufacturing and placement
Knowledge of the Manufacturing Order
Knowledge of materials (shelf life, manufacturing process, characteristics of the different types of material)
Interpret cutting data in the manufacturing orders according to their typology (Cookies, bars in multiples, and plates)
Perform vacuum bagging and leave for the time indicated by the manufacturing order

What you'll do

-Undertake tasks of the production process in a cleanroom:
-Material supply and expiration time control.
-Printing of the manufacturing order and the manufacturing drawing via software (SAP).
-Manufacturing of composite material parts according to the drawing or work book.
-Stacking of carbon fiber tape or fabric and positioning of fiberglass and/or core
-Compacting the fabrics according to the work order.
-Performing curing bagging and vacuum control.
- Making proposals for production process improvements
