MANUFACTURING LINE
Know the work processes of the manufacturing line of a composite material manufacturing plant and its associated regulations.
- Composite material reception tests.
- Storage of raw material in refrigerator. Controls to be performed.
- Different composite material lamination techniques.
o Manual
o Automatic AFP ATL FLU
- Hot Forming process
- Bagging
- Curing. Autoclave.
- Demolding.

FINAL LINE
Know the work processes of the final assembly line of a composite material manufacturing plant.
- Carbon fiber trimming
- Dimensional verification
- Sealant application
- Assembly
- Painting
- Final inspection
- Treatment of the material segregation area
- Composite material repairs

PROFILE

• EDUCATION: Aeronautical Engineering; Mechanical Engineering
• LANGUAGES: Advanced English
• COMPUTER SKILLS: CATIA; Office Suite; SAP

Conocer lo procesos de trabajo de la línea de fabricación de una planta de fabricación de material compuesto y su normativa asociada.
- Material compuesto ensayos de recepción.
- Conservación de la materia prima en nevera. Controles a realizar.
- Diferentes técnicas de laminado del material compuesto.
o Manual
o Automático AFP ATL FLU
- Proceso de conformado Hot Forming
- Realización de embolsado
- Curado. Autoclave.
- Desmoldeo.

FINAL LINE
Conocer lo procesos de trabajo de la línea de montaje final de una planta de fabricación de material compuesto.
- Recanteo de fibra de carbono
- Verificación dimensional
- Aplicación de sellante
- Montaje
- Pintura
- Inspección final
- Tratamiento del área de segregación de materiales
- Reparaciones de material compuesto

PERFIL

• FORMACIÓN: Ingeniería superior Aeronaútica; Ingeniería superior Mecánica
• IDIOMAS: Inglés Avanzado
• CONOCIMIENTOS INFORMÁTICOS: CATIA; Paquete Office; SAP
