THE MISSION
The Counter Manager's mission is to supervise and lead the team at the assigned counters in order to achieve both the qualitative and quantitative objectives set by the brand. They are the representative of the brand's values, sales targets, and the level of service provided to customers.

What you'll do


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitoring counter sales/objectives
  • Setting daily objectives for the teams
  • Monitoring team KPIs
  • Establishing corrective action plans and follow-up
  • Ensuring market share growth
  • Ensuring compliance with image and service guidelines
  • Ensuring compliance with the 360 guidelines (CRM, promotional actions, calls to action...)
  • Coordinating team schedules
  • Participating in the recruitment of promoters, replacements (for summer, Christmas, or vacation periods), or new positions
  • Motivating and energizing the team to achieve qualitative and quantitative objectives
  • Conducting individual coaching sessions at points of sale, in line with the GROW method and the Company's objectives, to ensure performance and knowledge of the brand's sales techniques

  • Ensuring compliance with the point-of-sale action plan to improve Mystery Shopping priorities

Experience: 5 years of experience in retail or the service industry, ideally in the luxury, beauty, or fashion environment.
