The role

We are looking for a sales assistant for a luxury boutique located in the center of Madrid. It involves high-end jewelry / watchmaking with personalized sales. It is essential to have high conversational English and Spanish and previous experience in the luxury sector.

What you'll do

The selected candidate will be responsible for the following duties:

Personalized attention to national and international clients.
Complete sales management in English when necessary.
Expert product, materials, and collections advisory.
Impeccable maintenance of the boutique's image.
Client follow-up, CRM, and loyalty building.
Compliance with luxury service standards.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

High-level English (real): ability to conduct a complete sale in English.
High-level Spanish.
Additional languages are valued.
Elegance, presence, and poise.
Coming from premium environments (fashion, jewelry, cosmetics, 5-star hospitality...).
Real flexibility to work weekends and holidays (paid separately).
