About the role

We need to hire an Invoicing Manager for a newly created position at our offices in Pozuelo (Madrid), within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

What you'll do

Your main responsibility will be to ensure the proper functioning of administrative processes related to invoicing, guaranteeing service quality and coordination with the different departments involved.

-You will carry out general administrative tasks related to invoicing management.

-You will review and interpret agreed terms to ensure correct invoicing to clients.

-You will manage the capture and interpretation of time records for the correct payment of payroll and the issuance of invoices.

-You will coordinate with central departments and branch offices to ensure proper information management.

-You will manage the different invoice delivery channels to clients.

-You will maintain constant communication with different areas, being a key point in daily operational management.

-You will participate in month-end closing processes, especially during peak workload periods.

Requirements:

-Vocational training or higher education in Administration or a related field.

-Previous experience of 1-2 years in administrative positions (invoicing experience is not required).

-Intermediate Excel level (regular use, no macros required).

-Strong organizational and planning skills.

-Proactive and dynamic profile.

-Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

-Availability to adapt to peak workloads during month-end closing periods.

What you'll get

What do we offer you?

-Initial 6-month contract with the possibility of becoming permanent.

-Standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

-1 day of remote work per week.

-During the month-end closing week (from the 1st to the 7th), there will be a heavier workload, and working hours may be extended from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. These extra hours will be compensated through a time bank.

-Possibility of working on holidays during the closing period, also compensated.

-Fixed salary + variable bonus

-Immediate start.

-You will receive initial training to facilitate your adaptation to the position and internal tools.
