About the role

Would you like to work in the real estate sector without being involved in sales?

From Adecco Outsourcing we are looking to bring on board a property viewing agent/Customer service professional, to act as the link between clients interested in buying or renting a home and the sales team responsible for closing the deals.

We are looking for people with excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach and a desire to be part of an innovative project that is transforming the way buyers and tenants view properties.

If you enjoy dealing with people, have a proactive attitude and like combining office work with outings and in-person viewings, this could be your opportunity.

What you'll do

During the first and second months you will gain a complete understanding of the process, taking part in support and customer service duties:

Contact with people interested in buying, renting or selling a home.

Lead management and follow-up.

Diary coordination and organisation of viewings.

Administrative and back-office tasks.

Support for the internal sales team.

Once this phase is complete, you will move on to carrying out the key role of the service:

Organising and managing assigned viewings.

Accompanying clients in person during property viewings.

Answering basic questions about the property.

Ensuring a professional and friendly experience throughout the entire process.

Gathering visitor feedback and passing the information on to the team responsible for sales management.

Important: We are not looking for traditional real estate salespeople. Your mission will be to accompany, inform and offer clients the best possible experience!

What you'll get

Salary: €18,000 gross per year.

Working hours: approximately 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (with a one-hour break).

Initial in-person training with the client at our offices in Pozuelo de Alarcón (Madrid).

Possibility of combining office work, remote work and in-person viewings depending on the schedule.

Monday to Friday working hours at 40 hours per week.

Mileage paid for all business travel at €0.21/km.
