About the role

At Semillas Fitó, we are looking to bring on board a Quality Control Laboratory Assistant to join a team committed to excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Your work will be key to ensuring that our seeds meet established quality standards, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and the development of more efficient and sustainable agriculture.

What you'll do

You will be part of the Quality Control laboratory, taking part in activities such as:

  • Carrying out sampling and preparation of work samples.
  • Taking and preparing samples for seed and seedling testing.
  • DNA and RNA extraction.
  • Performing analyses using molecular biology techniques (qPCR).
  • Carrying out ELISA tests.
  • Classical microbiology work.
  • Preparation of culture media and plate seeding.
  • Seed sowing and inoculation.
  • Recording and managing results in the ERP.
  • Performing routine analyses following established procedures and protocols.
  • Collaborating with the technical team to ensure the correct execution of tests.

What you'll get

6-month contract through Adecco, renewed month by month.

Salary: €20,000 gross per year

How you'll work

Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Education

Experience

Previous experience working in a laboratory.

Experience in Quality Control laboratories.

Knowledge or experience in:

ELISA testing.

Molecular biology techniques (qPCR).

Familiarity with working environments under ISO 17025 standards.

Digital skills

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
