We are currently looking for a Direct Recruitment Consultant in Vilafranca to manage all direct recruitment processes for their assigned client portfolio.

Your mission will be to drive business development in Permanent Placement through excellent process coverage, ensuring the satisfaction of the entire client and candidate portfolio, by implementing a differentiated value proposition.

-You will conduct profile-gathering visits, candidate advocacy, report presentations, service reviews, and proposal presentations.

-You will organize and plan your work to optimize proper process coverage.

-You will ensure client retention and loyalty.

-You will manage recruitment processes professionally to meet client needs, using Adecco procedures, tools, and methodology.

Requirements:

-University education or intermediate/higher vocational training, with a specialization in HR and people management valued.

- Must have own car (for periodic client visits)

-Experience in Recruitment is valued, accustomed to managing selection processes and conducting competency-based interviews, and having a commercial profile is a plus.

-Strong customer orientation and good communication skills, since you will be in direct contact with our clients!
