Job description

We need to bring on a Recruitment Consultant for our Alicante office, providing service to clients in the area.

Functions:

You will cover the recruitment processes for all the profiles our clients need, from sourcing, individual interviews, group dynamics, and selection.
You will also handle hiring and follow-up on renewals, maintaining direct contact with workers.

Requirements

Experience in customer service and administrative roles of at least 2 years is valued.

-University education/middle or higher degree, with specialization in HR and people management valued.

-Strong customer orientation and good communication skills, since you will be in direct contact with our clients!

-People with high motivation for the human resources field.
