What you'll do

Responsibilities and duties:

  • Comprehensive management of selection processes for profiles in the distribution sector.
  • Direct search and posting of job offers on portals, social networks, schools, and specialized forums.
  • Coordination with the client's selection and HR department to ensure smooth and effective communication.
  • Candidate evaluation and preparation of reports for interviews with Hiring Managers.
  • Advocating for candidates with the client and communicating feedback to candidates.
  • Use of inbound recruiting techniques to attract talent.
  • Management of the various metrics derived from the selection process.
  • Monitoring of KPIs and reporting through management dashboards.
