About the role

At Adecco, we work with a leading company in the industrialized construction and prefabricated concrete structure assembly sector, and they are looking to hire an HSE Coordinator for their Prevention Department.

The selected candidate will report directly to the Head of the Prevention Department and will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising Health and Safety at construction sites, ensuring compliance with current regulations, internal company standards, and client requirements, while leading the HSE teams on site.

Your main mission will be to ensure that the entire team complies with the guidelines, guaranteeing a safe and healthy working environment.

What you'll do

Main responsibilities include:

Coordinating and supervising preventive activities at the various assembly sites.

Ensuring the proper preparation, implementation, and monitoring of Health and Safety Plans.

Organizing, reviewing, and keeping site prevention documentation up to date.

Managing and leading the assigned HSE technicians and prevention resources.

Planning the allocation of prevention resources based on the type and risks of each site.

Acting as the main point of contact with clients, developers, technical management, and Health and Safety Coordinators.

Coordinating preventive activities with subcontractors and other companies working simultaneously.

Participating in the investigation of accidents, incidents, and non-conformities, and defining corrective and preventive actions.

Providing support and accompaniment during workplace inspections and internal and external audits.

Promoting a preventive culture and continuous improvement in health and safety on site.
