Shift Manager - Warehouse Operations

As an Operations Supervisor, your main role will be to supervise and motivate the assigned team, as well as guide and drive daily operations.

Your role plays a key part in every step of the supply chain, with the goal of getting orders to our customers.

This is a challenging and multidisciplinary role, where every day is different!

You will:

• Create and foster a safe working environment and identify opportunities for improvement in your work area.
• Manage and train workers to help provide the best service to our customers.
• Ensure customer orders meet established quality and safety guidelines.
• Constantly report key information about the assigned work area/team to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Make adjustments to staff allocation to meet and exceed established goals and plans.
• Provide support and engage with other departments to address common issues or needs affecting key performance areas (e.g., processes, 5S, safety, training).
• Resolve logistical and supply chain challenges that may arise through data analysis, innovation, and process optimization.

• Initial 6-month contract with Adecco.
• Approximately 29,388.75 euros gross per year.
• 40 hours per week. Mainly Monday to Friday with flexibility.

-Schedule: 08:00 - 16:30

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

Minimum vocational training qualification (CFGM) or equivalent / high school diploma.

Intermediate/advanced use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) in a work environment.

Driver's license and own vehicle.

DESIRED REQUIREMENTS

(Desirable requirements are a plus, but not mandatory to apply for the role. If you meet the basic requirements mentioned, we would love to meet you)

Intermediate/advanced level of English is a plus (B1 and above).

The right candidate has strong communication skills, demonstrates initiative, leads by example, and has the ability to quickly learn all operational processes. They will need to work with data and motivate employees to achieve the best results. Most importantly, they must have the ability to keep the customer at the center of every decision they make.

• Crear y fomentar un ambiente de trabajo seguro e identificar oportunidades de mejora en tu área de trabajo.
• Administrar y capacitar a los trabajadores para ayudar a brindar el mejor servicio a nuestros clientes.
• Asegurar que los pedidos de los clientes cumplan con las pautas de calidad y seguridad establecidas.
• Reportar constantemente información clave sobre el área de trabajo/equipo asignado a mandos superiores y a otros/as interlocutores.
• Realizar ajustes en la asignación de personal para cumplir y superar los objetivos y planes establecidos.
• Dar soporte e involucrarse con otros departamentos para abordar problemas o necesidades comunes que afecten a las áreas clave de desempeño (Ej. Procesos, 5S, seguridad, capacitación/formación).
• Resolver los retos logísticos y de cadena de suministro que puedan presentarse, a través del análisis de datos, la innovación y la optimización de procesos.

• Contrato de 6 meses inicial con Adecco.
• Aproximadamente 29,388.75 euros brutos al año.
• Jornada de 40 horas semanales. De lunes a viernes principalmente con flexibilidad.

REQUISITOS BÁSICOS

Formación mínima CFGM o equivalente /bachillerato.

Uso medio/avanzado de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) en un entorno laboral.

Carnet de conducir y vehículo propio.

REQUISITOS DESEADOS

(Los requisitos deseables son un plus, pero no son obligatorios para solicitar el puesto. Si cumples los requisitos básicos mencionados, nos encantaría conocerte)

Valorable nivel medio/avanzado de inglés (B1 en adelante).

El/la candidato/a adecuado/a cuenta con fuertes habilidades de comunicación, demuestra iniciativa, lidera mediante el ejemplo y tiene capacidad para aprender de manera rápida todos los procesos operativos. Necesitará trabajar con datos y motivar a los/las empleados/as para lograr los mejores resultados. Lo más importante, es tener la capacidad de mantener al cliente en el centro de cada decisión que tome.
