Job description

Are you a registered nurse with a specialty or experience in occupational health nursing? Do you have experience in industrial environments? Keep reading!

At Preventium, an Adecco division specialized in healthcare staffing, we are looking for a nurse to provide services at a major company in the industrial and energy sector for a long-term replacement.

Your mission will be to actively contribute to risk prevention, healthcare assistance, and health promotion in the workplace.

Main duties:

  • Ensure the health surveillance of workers, in accordance with Law 31/1995 on Occupational Risk Prevention and applicable regulations.
  • Prevent, detect, and monitor risks arising from the job position.
  • Act as the healthcare reference at the facility, ensuring effective, safe, and confidential care.
  • A key role in protecting people's health and contributing to a safe work environment.
  • Carry out individual and collective health surveillance of workers.
  • Early detection of work-related health issues.
  • Provide healthcare assistance for: Occupational accidents (first aid and referral).
  • Common illness in the workplace. Vital emergencies, coordinating response with external services.
  • Activate emergency protocols and ensure the initial stabilization of the patient.
  • Collaborate on health promotion and prevention campaigns.
  • Maintain and check medical and emergency equipment.
  • Participate in drills and training activities.
  • Ensure proper documentation of healthcare activities.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Nursing (or equivalent qualification where applicable).
  • Specialty or experience in Occupational Health Nursing or industrial environments is valued.
  • Good command of computer tools.
  • Ability to act in emergency situations.
  • Availability according to service needs.
