What you'll do

From Adecco Selección we are looking for a technical Trainer for the training department of an important manufacturer of smart HVAC control systems located in Malaga.

The mission of the position will be to deliver technical training to clients, the commercial team, and support staff.

The duties of the position will be:

-Planning and coordination of training activities with the Iberia team.

-Delivery of in-person training (2 weeks per month) and online training.

-Technical training for clients and STA on products, installations, and troubleshooting.

-Creation and management of training content (videos, materials, language adaptation).

-Collaboration with Technical Support to keep content up to date.

-Design of reports, forms, and collection of training needs.

-Management of online training platforms.

What we're looking for

-Education: Industrial Engineering or related fields highly valued.

We also value candidates with a mid-level or higher vocational training cycle in Thermal Installations, Telecommunications, or similar. In that case, provide experience as a technician in the installation and repair of electronic equipment, air conditioning, or similar.

-Advanced English level is essential.

-Knowledge of HVAC, integration, and/or energy efficiency valued.

-Skills in training and public speaking.

-Availability to travel frequently (50% of the working day).
