From Adecco Selección we are looking for a technical Trainer for the training department of an important manufacturer of smart HVAC control systems located in Malaga.

The mission of the position will be to deliver technical training to clients, the commercial team, and support staff.

The duties of the position will be:

-Planning and coordination of training activities with the Iberia team.

-Delivery of in-person training (2 weeks per month) and online training.

-Technical training for clients and STA on products, installations, and troubleshooting.

-Creation and management of training content (videos, materials, language adaptation).

-Design of reports, forms, and collection of training needs.
