About the role

Are you passionate about driving people's growth and accompanying organizations through their transformation processes?

We are looking for professionals specialized in facilitating and delivering training programs focused on developing leadership skills and personal growth.

Your mission will be to support professionals, managers, and executives in strengthening their skills to successfully face current organizational challenges, contributing to cultural transformation, leadership development, and performance improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree, diploma, master's degree in Psychology, or an equivalent qualification officially recognized in Spain.
Official certification in Coaching (ICF, ECC, or equivalent).

Experience

At least 300 hours of formal training in leadership and people development.
Experience delivering training in organizations with more than 1,000 employees.

Knowledge of the transportation, mobility, or infrastructure sector.
