Would you like to join a technical team within a consolidated company in the construction and engineering sector? Are you interested in developing as an Industrial Engineer in building projects, participating in technical projects and in the planning and execution of on-site installations? You will work from the office with direct involvement in installation projects and coordination, within a dynamic, technical, and growing environment. This is a very complete position, ideal for profiles with experience in building installation projects, analytical skills, and a desire to grow within a company with a strong track record. Main duties

-Drafting of installation projects (low and medium voltage electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and sanitation).

-Drafting of activity projects.

-Coordination and supervision of on-site technical installations, optimizing execution processes and managing the necessary resources.

-Planning and control of works for installations.

-Cost planning, quality control, and monitoring of the correct execution of works.

-Preparation of measurements, calculations, valuations, and technical studies.

-Calculation and design of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, ventilation, and sanitation systems, reviewing and sizing them.

-Preparation of energy performance certificates.

-Management of technical files and processing of permits and legalizations with the Industry and Energy authorities.

-Supervision of installations and preparation of technical reports.

-Control and monitoring of deadlines, planning the timelines for each phase to ensure delivery under the established terms.
