About the role

A leading company in the industrial sector located in Andorra is looking to add a Warehouse Manager to its team to cover a long-term leave, with a direct contract with the company.

Under the supervision of the Logistics and Planning Manager, this person will be responsible for organizing and directing warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with the quality, productivity, and service standards established by the company.

What you'll do

Responsibilities:

Management of loading orders, optimizing transport routes and cubic capacity.

Order tracking and coordination to ensure on-time deliveries.

Daily control and analysis of finished product stock.

Management of shipping incidents and correction of errors in the systems.

Organization of storage and maintenance of warehouse order.

Coordination and support for the Shipping and Warehouse team.

Attention to carriers, document management, and issuance of delivery notes.

Management of incoming goods, returns, and material traceability.

Inventory control and management of consumables through SAP.

Preparation of rotation reports, inventory reports, and monthly closings.

Preparation and support for audits together with the finance department.

Backup for the Transport Planner in managing the company fleet when necessary.

What we're looking for

Requirements

Minimum education: Higher Degree (Grado Superior).

Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse and logistics.

Knowledge of inventory software, logistics, and management systems.

Minimum B2 level of English.

Minimum of 3 years of experience operating a forklift.

Previous experience in similar positions.

Availability to work on-site in Andorra, Teruel.
