GAP and Pilates instructor

Responsibilities include:

• Design and teach Pilates and GAP classes adapted to the needs and levels of participants.
• Create a positive and motivating environment during sessions, promoting both physical and emotional well-being.
• Supervise the correct execution of exercises, ensuring the safety and comfort of each person.
• Adapt activities to individual abilities, promoting inclusion and accessibility.
• Maintain open communication with the organization's team to ensure the success of the program.
• Provide guidance and advice on posture, technique, and healthy practices.

To apply for this position, you must have:

• Accredited training in Pilates and/or GAP.
• Previous experience teaching Pilates and GAP classes, preferably in group settings.
• Availability to work the following schedule:

1. Monday: GAP from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM
2. Tuesday: Basic Pilates from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM
3. Tuesday: Pilates from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM
4. Thursday: Pilates from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM
5. Thursday: Pilates from 6:30 PM to 7:45 PM

• Ability to adapt sessions to different skill levels and specific needs.
• Availability to work the established schedule.
• Commitment to inclusion and respect for diversity.

Entre las funciones se incluyen,

• Diseñar e impartir clases de Pilates y GAP adaptadas a las necesidades y niveles de los/as participantes.
• Crear un ambiente positivo y motivador durante las sesiones, fomentando el/la bienestar físico/a y emocional.
• Supervisar la correcta ejecución de los ejercicios, asegurando la seguridad y el confort de cada persona.
• Adaptar las actividades según las capacidades individuales, promoviendo la inclusión y accesibilidad.
• Mantener una comunicación abierta con el equipo de la organización para garantizar el éxito del programa.
• Proporcionar orientación y consejos sobre posturas, técnicos/as y prácticas saludables.

Para postularte a este puesto, debes contar con,

• Formación acreditada en Pilates y/o GAP.
• Experiencia previa impartiendo clases de Pilates y GAP, preferiblemente en entornos grupales.
• Disponibilidad para trabajar en el siguiente horario:

1. Lunes: GAP de 19:00 h a 20:00 h.
2. Martes: Pilates básico de 10:00 h a 11:30 h
3. Martes: Pilates de 11:30 h a 13:00 h.
4. Jueves: Pilates de 10:30 h a 12:00 h.
5. Jueves: Pilates de 18:30 h a 19:45 h

• Capacidad para adaptar las sesiones a diferentes niveles de habilidad y necesidades específicas.
• Disponibilidad para trabajar en los horarios establecidos por la organización.
• Compromiso con la inclusión y respeto hacia la diversidad.
