Industrial operator in Abrera

You will work at a company in the industrial sector, located in Abrera, as an Extrusion Operator, and you will be the person in charge of operating extruders, working both individually and as part of a team. Your mission will be to transform materials through temperature and pressure to shape them, ensuring the quality of the final product.

What will you do on a day-to-day basis?

Control production and quality parameters.

Supervise the operation of the machines.

Record incidents and self-check results.

Confirm production in the computer system.

Maintain order and cleanliness of the workstation.

Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams.

What do you need?

Minimum education: Secondary school (ESO).

Specific training or at least 1 year of experience in similar positions and/or industrial environments.

Ability to work in a team, attention to detail, and adaptability to change.

Full-time availability (rotating shifts and availability to work a 5th shift if activated).

Trabajarás en una empresa del sector industrial, ubicada en Abrera, cómo Operario/a de Extrusión y serás la persona que se encargue del manejo de extrusoras, trabajando tanto de forma individual como en equipo. Tu misión será transformar materiales mediante temperatura y presión para darles forma, asegurando la calidad del producto final.

¿Qué harás en tu día a día?

Controlar parámetros de producción y calidad.

Supervisar el funcionamiento de las máquinas.

Registrar incidencias y resultados de autocontrol.

Confirmar la producción en el sistema informático.

Mantener el orden y limpieza del puesto de trabajo.

Colaborar con equipos de producción, mantenimiento y calidad.

¿Qué necesitas?

Estudios mínimos: ESO.

Formación específica o experiencia de al menos 1 año en puestos similares, y/o entorno industrial.

Capacidad para trabajar en equipo, atención al detalle y adaptación al cambio.

Disponibilidad horaria completa (turnos rotativos y disponibilidad para realizar 5º si se activa).
