From Adecco, we are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join the HR Services team in Pallejà.

What you'll do

  • Manage the payroll process in coordination with the external payroll provider.
  • Coordinate payroll-impacting incidents: hires, terminations, contractual changes, promotions, leaves of absence, sick leave and benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with labour regulations and applicable collective bargaining agreements.
  • Manage social benefits and personnel administration.
  • Keep labour documentation and employee files up to date.
  • Provide support to HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition regarding hiring, salaries and working conditions.
  • Prepare reports, metrics and personnel cost analyses.
  • Manage time and attendance and working time tools.
  • Participate in HR system implementation, optimization or migration projects.
  • Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives and transformation projects within the Human Resources area.
