A prestigious hotel company located in Huesca is looking to add a Receptionist to their team who will be the heart of the front desk and the first impression for their guests.

### Functions:

Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage check-in and check-out, ensuring every guest feels attended to and satisfied.
Answer phone calls and emails, providing clear and accurate information about the hotel's services.
Coordinate and manage reservations, including modifications and cancellations.
Provide personalized assistance to guests during their stay, addressing special requests and resolving any issues that may arise.
Promote the hotel's additional services, such as activities, special packages, and restaurants.

### Requirements:

Exceptional communication skills and a strong commitment to customer service.
Previous experience in reception or customer service, preferably in the hotel industry.
Advanced level of Spanish, both spoken and written.
Knowledge of English and other languages, with the ability to serve an international clientele being highly valued.

Una prestigiosa empresa del sector hotelero ubicada en Huesca está buscando incorporar a su equipo un/a Recepcionista que sea el corazón de su recepción y la primera impresión para sus huéspedes.

### Funciones:

Recibir y dar la bienvenida a los huéspedes de manera profesional y amable.
Gestionar el check-in y check-out, asegurando que cada cliente se sienta atendido/a y satisfecho/a.
Responder llamadas telefónicas y correos electrónicos, proporcionando información clara y precisa sobre los servicios del hotel.
Coordinar y gestionar reservas, incluyendo modificaciones y cancelaciones.
Ofrecer asistencia personalizada a los huéspedes durante su estancia, atendiendo solicitudes especiales y resolviendo posibles incidencias.
Promover los servicios adicionales del hotel, como actividades, paquetes especiales y restaurantes.

### Requisitos:

Habilidades comunicativas excepcionales y vocación de servicio.
Experiencia previa en recepción o atención al cliente, preferiblemente en el sector hotelero.
Nivel avanzado de español, tanto hablado como escrito.
Conocimientos de inglés y otros idiomas, valorándose positivamente la capacidad de atender a una clientela internacional.
