About the role

At Adecco we are looking for a Night Shift Manager to manage a team of between 15 and 20 people within an industrial logistics operation located in Noblejas (Toledo).

What you'll do

Leading and coordinating the operational processes of goods receiving and preparation.

Your mission:

Under the supervision of the unit manager, you will be responsible for the planning, organization and supervision of operational processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards, deadlines and safety regulations.

The main duties will be:

Plan and coordinate the work team, carrying out daily monitoring of the activity and fostering a good working environment.

Supervise operational processes, ensuring compliance with schedules and quality standards.

Detect and resolve operational incidents quickly.

Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards and the correct use of facilities and machinery.

Receiving Area:

Plan the goods receiving and unloading process.

Control the quantitative and qualitative verification of products.

Supervise the correct placement of goods and their registration in the system.
