Shift Manager | Vallès Oriental and Occidental

At Adecco, we are collaborating with a leading company in the food sector to recruit Shift Managers / Department Managers for the areas of checkouts, replenishment, or fresh produce at various locations in Vallès Oriental and Occidental.

What will your challenge be?

You will be able to join one of these areas:

• Checkouts Department Manager
• Replenishment Shift Manager
• Fresh Produce Department Manager

Your mission will be to lead the daily operations of your shift or department, coordinate the team, and contribute to the results of the point of sale through close, demanding, and goal-oriented management.

What will your duties be?

• Lead, coordinate, and grow the team in your department or shift.
• Organize tasks, resources, and priorities to ensure efficient operations.
• Monitor processes, standards, and established regulations.
• Create action plans to achieve the set objectives and respond to daily challenges.
• Track indicators and results in your area.
• Have an impact on commercial management: implementation, sales, promotions, loss control, and customer experience.
• Support the team in their development and foster a positive, results-oriented work environment.
• Act as a reference person for the day-to-day operational needs.

What profile are we looking for?

• Previous experience in team leadership, ideally in retail, supermarket, distribution, or high-paced operational environments.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and make decisions on a daily basis.
• Good communication skills, influence, and a people-oriented approach.
• Results-oriented and comfortable working with objectives and indicators.
• Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends, as it is a position with operational demands and real responsibility for the store's activity.
• Flexibility, autonomy, and a proactive attitude.

Location and mobility

• We have open positions at various stores in the counties of Vallès Oriental and Occidental.
• Centers near the candidate's home will be prioritized.
• You must be flexible to travel within a radius of approximately 30-35 km.

Requirements

- Valid driver's license and own vehicle.

- Availability to work weekends and rotating shifts.

- Native-level Catalan is required.
