Bridal Fashion Store Manager

At Adecco Selección we are looking for a Store Manager to lead the opening of a new space specialised in bridal fashion and made-to-measure tailoring in the heart of Madrid. This is a unique opportunity to join a well-established firm in the sector and actively take part in the launch of a new store aimed at a mid-to-high-end clientele, where personalised experience and excellence in service will be key. What will your mission be?

You will be the person responsible for the overall management of the store, ensuring an exceptional experience for every bride and leading the team during this new stage of growth. Main duties

Lead, motivate and develop a team made up of sales advisors and sewing staff.

Manage the day-to-day activity of the point of sale.

Ensure the achievement of commercial and sales targets.

Provide personalised, high-quality customer service to clients.

Coordinate appointments, fittings and order follow-up.

Oversee the tailoring and alteration service.

Guarantee standards of image, product and customer experience.

Report directly to the Store Supervisor.

Fixed salary between €25,000 and €30,000 gross per year, depending on experience.

Schedule

Retail store opening hours from Monday to Saturday: 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

During busier campaigns, Saturday afternoon openings may take place with the corresponding compensatory time off.

There is the possibility of implementing a continuous working day at the new store.

Previous experience as a Manager, Store Manager or Shop Manager.

Experience in bridal fashion, ateliers, made-to-measure tailoring or sewing is essential.

Experience in team management.

Sales-oriented profile with a clear focus on the customer.

Organisational skills, leadership and autonomy.

An eye for fashion, detail and personalised service.

Serás la persona responsable de la gestión integral de la tienda, garantizando una experiencia excepcional para cada clienta y liderando al equipo durante esta nueva etapa de crecimiento.Funciones principales

Liderar, motivar y desarrollar un equipo formado por asesores/as de venta y personal de costura.

Gestionar la actividad diaria del punto de venta.

Asegurar la consecución de los objetivos comerciales y de ventas.

Ofrecer una atención personalizada y de alta calidad a las clientas.

Coordinar citas, pruebas y seguimiento de pedidos.

Supervisar el servicio de confección y arreglos.

Garantizar los estándares de imagen, producto y experiencia de cliente.

Reportar directamente a la Supervisora de Tiendas

¿Qué ofrecemos?

Posibilidad de formación previa e integración temporal en otra tienda antes de la apertura.

Incorporación prevista: octubre 2026.

Salario fijo entre 25.000 € y 30.000 € brutos anuales, según experiencia.

Variable ligado a objetivos y ventas.

Horario

Horario comercial cl de tienda de lunes a sábado.10:00 a 13:30 y de 16:30 a 20:00 horas.

Durante campañas de mayor actividad podrán realizarse aperturas de sábados por la tarde con el correspondiente descanso compensatorio.

Existe la posibilidad de implantar horario continuado en la nueva tienda.

Experiencia previa como Encargado/a, Store Manager o Responsable de Tienda.

Imprescindible experiencia en moda nupcial, ateliers, confección a medida o costura.

Experiencia en gestión de equipos.

Perfil comercial con clara orientación al cliente.

Capacidad organizativa, liderazgo y autonomía.

Sensibilidad por la moda, el detalle y el trato personalizado.
