Supervisor of drivers 40H (Driver's license)

At Adecco we are looking for a base supervisor with mechanical knowledge for immediate incorporation at the base located in the Prat de Llobregat area.

Provide support to the driver if they have a problem with the vehicle, phones and/or applications both on route and at base, via telephone or in-person assistance at base.

Keep the cars equipped (clean, tools, accessories).

Check the mandatory documentation and the elements provided in the vehicles (digital CEV).

Manage and control vehicle damage, breakdowns and incidents.

Keep the base in order.

Manage and prepare reports on breakdowns, accidents or incidents.

Inform drivers of the obligation to do check-in/check-out with the app and of internal procedures that affect them.

We offer:

- 3-month contract with Adecco + possibility of joining the company.

- Salary: Approximately 18,000 euros per year.

Functions:

- Participate in onboarding and offboarding activities.

- Conduct welcome talks.

- Monday to Sunday, rotating shifts 6:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00.

- Driver's license type B + 2 years of validity.

- Availability Monday to Sunday, rotating shifts.

- Proficiency in technology or Microsoft Office package.

Desde Adecco estamos buscando un/a supervisor/a de base con conocimientos en mecánico/a para incorporar de forma inmediata en la base que está en la zona del Prat de Llobregat.

Dar soporte al conductor/a si tiene un problema con el vehículo, teléfonos y/o aplicaciones tanto en ruta como en base, mediante atención telefónica o presencial en base.

Mantener los coches equipados (limpios, herramientas, accesorios).

Controlar la documentación obligatoria y de los elementos dotados en los vehículos (CEV digital).

Gestionar y controlar los daños, averías e incidencias de los coches.

Mantener en orden la base.

Gestionar y elaborar los partes sobre averías, accidentes o incidencias.

Informar a los/las conductores/as sobre la obligación de hacer check-in/check-out con la app y de procedimientos internos que les afecten.

Se ofrece:

-Contrato de 3 meses con Adecco + posibilidad de incorporación a empresa

-Salario: Aproximadamente 18000 euros anuales.

Funciones:

-Participar en actividades de onboarding y offboarding.

-Realizar charlas de bienvenida.

-Lunes a Domingo en horario rotativo 6:00-14:00 y de 14:00-22:00H

-Carnet de conducir tipo B + 2 años de vigencia.

-Disponibilidad de Lunes a Domingo en horario rotativo.

-Manejo de tecnologías o paquete office.
