As a Training Technician, you will participate in the management process of our client's training and development projects, using their tools to design, deliver, and evaluate training courses and learning opportunities.

What you'll do

Your main duties will be:

  • Management of training, whether it is the administrative part of Cornerstone plus the logistics that may be needed. This training management includes control over the creation and updating of groups/assignments for new hires and ongoing training in the designated area.
  • Evaluation of the efficiency and effectiveness of training and KPI monitoring: reports of different types for continuous improvement analysis.
  • Participate in meetings with the Local Learning Experts on news and continuous improvements.
  • Support for the ROCHE work team/staff related to training.
  • Preferably English-speaking and skilled in the Cornerstone tool, a tool widely used in training management.

Requirements

  • University degree.
  • Knowledge and regular use of Cornerstone
  • Previous experience in a similar position.
  • Advanced English level is valued.
  • Knowledge and management of FUNDAE is a plus
