In the Barcelona team, we currently have a project in which we are looking for Social-Labor Integration and Intermediation Technicians for vulnerable groups.

Job description

Your mission will be to accompany people in vulnerable situations on their path to employability, developing individualized intervention plans and working with companies to create inclusive environments.

What you'll do

Responsibilities - Conduct diagnostic interviews to learn about personal and professional background, skills, attitudes, aptitudes, and motivations.

  • Design individualized intervention plans focused on employability (habits, language skills, vocational training, guidance, and support).
  • Develop and organize training actions aimed at employability and deliver group workshops on job orientation.
  • Carry out market research to find suitable job offers for the users of each program.
  • Support partner companies in developing their Inclusion Plans.
  • Manage job offers from different recruitment sources, screen resumes, and directly search for profiles.
  • Conduct two-way follow-up after job placement to ensure job retention.

What we're looking for

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Psychopedagogy, or similar required.
  • Proficiency in ICT (Microsoft Office).
  • Training in job orientation, working with vulnerable groups, and assessment techniques is a plus.
  • Experience: At least 1 year in job orientation or intermediation with people at risk of exclusion or with disabilities.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a car is a plus.
