As a Payroll and Billing Technician at our offices in Hospitalet de Llobregat, you will help companies have the best professionals and help people find their ideal job.

What you'll do

Responsibilities:

  • You will ensure an adequate hiring process, being responsible for delivering to workers the documentation, equipment and tools necessary for the performance of their duties.
  • You will advise workers and resolve their questions regarding their payroll and employment contract, as well as their working conditions, leave, vacations, etc.
  • You will organize the documentation generated from hiring at your office using cutting-edge tools, such as E-Sign and digital signature.
  • You will monitor the hours worked by employees, cross-checking them through our Time Capture application and reporting them to our head office so they can generate payrolls and invoices.
  • You will resolve hiring issues with INEM and Social Security, coordinating with the corresponding departments, such as Sistema Red and the Shared Services Center.
  • You will invoice clients and subsequently follow up on payment collection management, coordinating with the Shared Services Center.
