About the role

Do you have experience in HSE, Quality and Environment within industrial environments and are you looking for a stable position where you can work autonomously and cross-functionally?

At Adecco we are looking for an HSE, Quality and Environment Technician to join a company dedicated to the manufacturing and marketing of industrial machinery, located in the Vallecas Industrial Estate.

We are looking for a senior, autonomous and resourceful profile, accustomed to managing the Prevention area comprehensively and with experience in Quality and Environment systems within industrial environments. The position arises due to the replacement of the person who previously held the role, so we are looking for someone with the ability to take on responsibilities from the start and work independently on a day-to-day basis.

The selected candidate will play a key role in the company's preventive management, working closely with the External Prevention Service, as well as in the maintenance and monitoring of Quality and Environment systems.

What you'll do

Main duties:

-Ensure compliance with current HSE regulations.

-Daily coordination with the External Prevention Service (SPA).

-Management of medical check-ups and health surveillance together with the SPA.

-Investigation of accidents and incidents and follow-up of preventive actions.

-Management of PPE, safety documentation and internal training for workers.

-Coordination of Business Activities (CAE) through a document management platform.

-Document management of external workers and self-employed individuals collaborating with the company.

-Active participation in the Works Council and Health and Safety Committee.

-Planning and execution of drills and maintenance of the Emergency Plan.

-Conducting internal inspections and risk assessments in an industrial environment.

-Monitoring of chemical risks and associated preventive measures.

-Management of non-conformities, audits and corrective actions.

-Preparation of reports, manuals and documentation related to quality.

-Monitoring and maintenance of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems.

-Collaboration with Management in the review and continuous improvement of procedures.

Requirements

-Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention with all three specialisations.

-Previous experience in industrial environments.

-Experience managing CAE and external personnel documentation.

-Knowledge of HSE regulations, quality and environmental management.

-B2 level of English, with the ability to communicate in an international professional environment (German parent company).

-An autonomous, organised person with cross-functional management skills.
