Job Mission

As an R&D Technician, you will be part of the development and R&D team, collaborating on the creation of new products and the improvement of existing ones, working with a passion for innovation and quality.

You will play a key role in the preparation and launch of new solutions, driving continuous improvement of products and processes while ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards.

What you'll do

Main duties

  • Prepare samples and prototypes of new products for internal and external clients.
  • Contact with suppliers and management of new raw materials.
  • Carry out bakery workshop tests and participate in industrial scale-up.
  • Ensure cleanliness and order in the R&D facilities.
  • Control the entry and exit of raw materials and products from the R&D warehouse.
  • Document results in internal systems and support knowledge generation through data analysis and exploitation processes.
  • Perform product characterization, physicochemical and sensory analyses.
  • Actively collaborate in improving development processes and procedures.
  • Participate in innovation projects seeking new techniques, ingredients, or equipment.
