About the role

From Adecco we are managing the selection process to bring in a Maintenance Technician at a student residence located in the center of Zaragoza. We are looking for a person with a versatile profile, focused on comprehensive facility maintenance and eager to be part of a dynamic and international environment.

What you'll do

What will your duties be?

-Perform diagnosis and repair of electrical issues in installations, outlets, lighting, and small appliances.

-Replace light fixtures, outlets, and other maintenance items.

-Carry out basic plumbing, painting, decorating, and general maintenance work in rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.

-Prepare and follow up on the Preventive Maintenance Plan (PMP), coordinating periodic inspections and compliance with current regulations.

-Coordinate and supervise work carried out by external companies and contractors.

-Inspect and control installations subject to regulations, such as fire protection systems, elevators, and other technical equipment.

-Perform maintenance tasks for pools, irrigation systems, and gardening.

-Record incidents, report accidents when applicable, and participate in the center's internal training sessions.

-Make occasional trips with the possibility of overnight stays when necessary.
