About the role

Job Mission

Are you passionate about construction and want to influence the real quality of projects from design through to completion? We are looking for a professional with solid experience in construction execution who can bring construction knowledge, cost insight, and technical judgment to the project team, ensuring our solutions are technically feasible, efficient, and buildable. This role will be key in supervising works, resolving issues, and transferring knowledge between the design phase and execution.

You will be responsible for the technical, physical, and financial monitoring of the works carried out by the company, acting as a link between project teams and on-site execution. You will participate in the review and improvement of construction solutions, identify risks, deviations, and issues, propose corrective measures, and contribute to projects achieving the established quality, cost, schedule, and safety objectives. Likewise, you may assume Construction Execution Management duties in accordance with the Building Regulation Law (LOE) when the nature of the project and your designation so require.

What you'll do

Responsibilities

  • Carry out technical monitoring of the works developed by the company, verifying the correct execution of the work and its compliance with the project, applicable regulations, and client requirements.
  • Provide practical construction knowledge to the design team, contributing to the definition and optimization of construction solutions, specifications, measurements, and budgets.
  • Act as the technical liaison between project teams, the client, the construction management, contractors, and other stakeholders involved.
  • Identify construction, technical, or financial risks that may affect the progress of the work and promote corrective or preventive measures.
  • Review technical execution documentation, including drawings, construction details, shop drawings, materials, samples, and contractor proposals.
  • Participate in site meetings, technical coordination, and project monitoring in Spanish or English depending on the requirements of each assignment.
  • Analyze queries, issues, interferences, or deviations detected during execution and propose viable and coordinated technical solutions.
  • Verify the physical progress of the work and its correspondence with the planned schedule.
  • Carry out the financial monitoring of the work, including the technical review of certifications, measurements, changes, claims, and potential time extensions.
  • Prepare periodic status reports, identifying milestones, risks, deviations, and actions required for their correction. Maintain the documentary traceability of technical decisions made during execution.
  • Assume the Construction Execution Management duties established by the LOE when designated to do so.
