What will you do at Allianz?

• Manage the network of assigned intermediaries and acquire and maintain the portfolio.
• Promote cross-selling, develop business plans, and encourage digitalization and professionalization of the network.
• Contribute to the overall growth of the branch(es).

• University degree or completed higher vocational training (desirable).
• At least 5 years of experience in similar roles. Knowledge of the insurance market and financial products.
• Strong commercial skills, negotiation ability, communication skills, change management, creativity, innovation, influence, data management, and strategic vision.
• Good command of English (B2).
