What we're looking for

Experience in insurance companies or in consulting related to insurance, risk, regulation, or process transformation.
General knowledge of the insurance business and, preferably, of underwriting activity in Motor or Personal Lines.
Experience in coordinating and monitoring projects with multiple stakeholders.
Ability to manage different initiatives simultaneously, ensuring organization, prioritization, and follow-up.
Communication and influencing skills to interact with business areas and international teams.
Advanced level of English, both written and spoken, for ongoing interaction with Allianz Group.
Process-, governance-, and continuous improvement-oriented mindset.
Analytical skills and a cross-functional view of the business.
Knowledge of risk, compliance, product governance, or internal control.
Experience in matrix and international environments.
Participation in organizational transformation or process improvement projects.
Familiarity with governance frameworks and regulatory monitoring.
Knowledge of reporting and project tracking tools.

The role

What you'll do

Coordinate and monitor strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects within the Motor & Personal Lines area.
Prepare reporting and governance documentation to provide visibility into the status of projects, controls, and initiatives in the area.
Collaborate with Underwriting, Risk, Legal, Organization, and other business areas to ensure the proper implementation of initiatives and requirements.
Participate in monitoring processes, controls, and governance frameworks related to insurance activity.
Support demand management for the area, facilitating prioritization and coordination of actions among different stakeholders.
Contribute to the review and update of policies, procedures, manuals, and regulations applicable to the business.
Act as a point of contact with Allianz Group teams, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up on international initiatives.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and working models, providing an overall view of the business and its risks.
