Requirements:

- Previous experience in labor consultancy, especially in payroll preparation and social security management
- Ability to advise clients in a clear, approachable, and professional manner
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team, with empathy, responsibility, and results orientation
- Availability to collaborate during peak workloads and quarterly closings, where team coordination is fundamental
- Knowledge of taxation, income tax returns, and quarterly forms, as well as a predisposition to expand functions within the tax area, will be very positively valued

We are looking for a person with experience in labor consultancy, customer orientation, and the ability to work in a team, who wishes to integrate into a stable, professional, and collaborative environment.

Main Functions

The selected person will be responsible for the comprehensive management of the labor area, including:

- Preparation of payroll
- Settlement of social security
- Drafting and management of employment contracts
- Study and application of collective agreements
- Preparation and submission of forms 111 and 190
- Advising clients on labor and human resources matters
- Support in the global management of the firm's HR area
