Photovoltaic Project Technical Coordinator

• Direct contract with the company for 6 to 9 months.
• Gross annual salary between €35,000 and €40,000, depending on the candidate's experience.

From Ananda Gestia ETT, we are opening a recruitment process for a PHOTOVOLTAIC TECHNICAL COORDINATOR for an important company in the energy sector located in Onda.

We offer

• Plan, organize, and coordinate the execution of photovoltaic projects, defining work priorities, sequences, necessary resources, and day-to-day operational decisions.
• Technically supervise the correct execution of mechanical and electrical works, verifying compliance with technical drawings, specifications, applicable regulations, engineering/manufacturing criteria, and safety conditions.
• Manage and provide support to in-house supervisors and specialized subcontractors, resolving issues and incidents on site and ensuring compliance with technical standards, quality, and deadlines (HSE included).
• Control the quality of executed works, conducting inspections and reviewing records, tests, construction details, incidents, non-conformities, and corrective actions until their closure.
• Ensure the availability and proper coordination of resources, materials, tools, machinery, and auxiliary means, avoiding delays, production stoppages, or significant deviations.
• Carry out technical, documentary, and reporting follow-up of the project, reporting on progress, deviations, incidents, and necessary actions, and acting as the liaison with engineering, the client, project management, and internal departments.

Requirements

• Monday to Friday schedule, split shift.

• Vocational training (FP) or high school diploma, or equivalent technical training related to electricity, mechanics, installations, energy, construction, or similar fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the supervision or execution of photovoltaic, industrial, or similar construction projects.
• Solid knowledge of mechanical and electrical photovoltaic execution, blueprint reading, technical specifications, applicable regulations, and work procedures, including HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) and the ability to work in accordance with internal safety procedures.
• Experience coordinating in-house teams, supervisors, and specialized contractors or subcontractors, with the ability to organize resources, plan work, resolve incidents, and ensure progress according to schedule, quality, and safety standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tracking/reporting tools. Experience with ERP or construction management platforms is a plus.
